I’m writing this hopefully, with the help of the firefox plug-in ubiquity, which should let me make this text here bold really easily, I’ve got a few complaints about it already, but it’s a nice tool to have.
What I would much rather have however, would be a set of plug-ins for ubiquity itself that can be installed and uninstalled very easily, preferably into categories, rather than my current state where under the menu there’s is a swamp of options and accidentally typing
m this
in as a command doesn’t come out with an MSN search(when I clearly wanted a map, who wants an MSN search when there’s google and wikipedia?), and as for the idea of grouping translate with the link to options in the menu is foolish(since link to can only be used in rich text fields, while translate can be used anywhere on any content).
I have 1 last thing I think it needs, this is a key word that translates to what is highlighted, but there is nothing to refer to the page as a whole, personally I think it would be most valuable for email or translate, maybe even with syntax highlighting for those of us who like to read code in firefox.
Comments welcome.
